Returns Policy

If your not happy we are not happy... that's our policy.

If you wish to return your hat please just send it to the address below unused within 30 days in the original packaging by recorded Royal mail for a full refund less our postage costs

If you wish to change your hat for another size please include stamps to the value of £3.25 along with a note of the size you require and we will get the replacement right back to you.
